Job Vacancy: Brand & Content Designer — Sophie Mae (Manhattan, NY)

Are you a creative designer who can translate a luxury brand into scroll-stopping visuals and clean, conversion-ready content? Sophie Mae is looking for a Brand & Content Designer to help shape our visual identity across web, social, email, and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Design high-end, on-brand visuals for our website (banners, landing pages, product graphics).

  • Create content for social media, email marketing, and paid ads (Meta/TikTok/Google assets).

  • Develop polished campaign concepts and turn them into elegant visuals that sell.

  • Work closely with marketing to improve customer experience through strong design choices.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets and occasional print materials (packaging inserts, cards).

  • Support product launches with creative sets (mockups, lookbooks, simple motion/animated assets is a plus).

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a designer (preferably in fashion, jewelry, beauty, or premium e-commerce).

  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma (Canva skills are a plus).

  • A sharp eye for typography, spacing, color, and premium aesthetics.

  • Ability to work fast without losing quality—deadlines don’t scare you.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • A portfolio that shows brand work + performance-ready marketing assets.

At Sophie Mae, we believe that fine jewelry is as much about experience as it is about design. From the first impression to the final purchase, every detail matters. To support our presence in Manhattan, New York, we are looking for a Luxury Retail Associate who understands elegance, service, and personal connection.

The Role

As a Luxury Retail Associate, you are the face of Sophie Mae. You guide customers through our collections, create a warm and refined in-store experience, and represent our brand values with confidence and care.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients in a high-end retail environment.

  • Provide personalized styling advice and product knowledge.

  • Build meaningful relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.

  • Handle sales transactions accurately and professionally.

  • Maintain a pristine and elegant store presentation at all times.

  • Support visual merchandising and product displays.

  • Assist with inventory management and daily store operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, jewelry, or hospitality is a strong plus.

  • Naturally customer-focused with excellent communication skills.

  • Polished appearance and a strong sense of style.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dedicated team.

  • Flexible availability, including weekends.

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
